VILLA DORA is located directly on the coast, with its own cove and beach, surrounded by a garden and luxuriant Mediterranean vegetation extending over 3,000 m2. Within the garden are an illuminated pool and Jacuzzi.
Each apartment has a view of the sea and an entrance to a balcony or terrace. All guests are provided with parking places within the fenced and closed garden.
The main building has 3 apartments and 2 studios. A large apartment is located inside the grounds as a freestanding object, with its own entrance and terrace.

Villa Dora is located on the Oštro Peninsula, approximately 1.5 km from Kraljevica, which is located between Rijeka and Crikvenica, thirty kilometers from Opatija at the entrance to the bridge for the island of Krk. Kraljevica is a city that was mentioned as early as the 13th century. Today, in addition to the oldest shipyard on the Adriatic, Kraljevica is dominated by two medieval castles and the church of the Croatian nobles Zrinski and Frankopan. The town has all the necessary food shops, a small open market with a fish stand, pharmacy, medical center, post office, currency exchange bureau, tourist bureau, restaurants and cafés.
In the Kraljevica harbor and the nearby harbor of Črišnjevo, mooring and vessel-lifting services are available.
After the highway is completed, Kraljevica will be a ninety minute drive from Zagreb.
